How do we help a brand celebrate community and raise funds while facing a tough political landscape?

Honoring and celebrating the best and brightest in the queer community for their achievements and influence on society, including award winners Cynthia Erivo and Sheryl Lee Ralph. Over 485 celebrities, influencers and industry came together for one night of advocacy, representation, legacy and 30 years of Out100. Under the thematic ‘Together, Unlimited', the night included performances from Trixie Mattel & VINCINT, presentations with Margaret Cho & Harper Lee, unique activations from McDonald’s & Lexus, and lots of joy.

What We Delivered

  • Developed strategic and long-term goals to impact overarching thematic
  • Crafted experiential strategy, journey and overall event look-and-feel
  • Built-out experiential toolkit and creative assets for digital marketing usage in collab with brand
  • Activated with brands McDonald’s, Lexus, Gilead, working with them on their strategy, creative and on-site brand experiences
  • Collaborated with multiple agencies (including social and PR) to extend our messages into broader channels for maximum reach of our experiences.
  • Executed the end-to-end experience, from production of fabrications, step-and-repeat, content capture, venue selection, guest check-in, talent management, on-stage ROS, etc
